Our firm is pleased to have contributed to the book “Comments on the Spanish Shipping Act” published by the Spanish Maritime Law Association with the chapter «The Pilotage Contract». In the chapter we review and comment on the legal provisions applicable to pilotage contracts under the 2014 Spanish Shipping Act.
